During a due diligence process, we work with the founders and key leadership to understand their plan and discuss strategic alternatives, explore areas for improvement in business and revenue models, and with the subject matter. We encourage our portfolio companies to fully utilize the experience, connections, and time offered by our forum members to the benefit of all involved in this process.
